Cherrie Zhang focuses her practice on a mix of equity and debt securities offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings, high yield and investment grade debt offerings, as well as post-IPO regulatory and compliance matters. She represents clients in a variety of industries, including technology, consumer retail, renewable energy, logistics and industrials.

Based in the Firm’s Hong Kong office, Cherrie Zhang is Counsel in the Capital Markets Practice. She advises Chinese companies in their U.S. and Hong Kong listing and financing transactions, follow-on offerings, bonds issues and post-IPO regulatory and compliance matters. Her practice ranges across a variety of industries, including technology, consumer retail, renewable energy, and logistics and industrials.

Cherrie obtained a B.A. magna cum laude and a J.D. degree from Duke University in 2011 and 2014, respectively. She is admitted to practice law in New York and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. She speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
