Xue has over 10 years of fund formation experience in Asia, particularly in Greater China and Japan. She has advised clients on a wide range of fund-related matters, including fundraising and fund formation, carry planning, co-investments, and secondary transactions. Her experience includes representing both established and emerging sponsors including Ant Group, Alibaba, Hillhouse, Celadon Partners, and New Frontier Group in Greater China and Advantage Partners, Polaris Capital Group, Japan Activation Capital, CLSA/Sunrise Capital, Mercuria, J-INC and Aspirant Group in Japan.

Xue earned an LL.M. degree from Duke Law School in 2013, and LL.B. and Bachelors of Economics degrees from Tsinghua University in 2012.
Xue is admitted to the New York Bar. She is a native Mandarin speaker and a fluent English speaker.
