Timothy Gallagher is Counsel in the Real Estate Department at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. He advises several of the Firm’s corporate clients with respect to real estate matters involving mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and lending. Prior to joining Simpson Thacher, Tim was Counsel at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP.
Tim received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and his undergraduate degree Villanova University. He is admitted to practice in New York.
