Ms. Kang is Counsel in the Firm’s Hong Kong office, with extensive experience in capital markets transactions since joining the Firm in 2001, including large, complex, high profile international securities offerings involving Korean issuers. Ms. Kang is a native Korean speaker.

Ms. Kang received a B.A. from University of California at Los Angeles, summa cum laude, and a J.D. from University of California at Los Angeles, School of Law, in 2001 where she was an editor for the symposium edition of the Asian Pacific American Law Journal.
