Richard Fenyes is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. He represents several leading private equity sponsors, including The Blackstone Group, Goldman Sachs Capital Partners, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and Silver Lake Partners, in connection with acquisition financing, focusing on high yield offerings and bridge financing. He also advises the Firm's issuer clients, including sponsor portfolio companies, in connection with IPOs and other registered and private offerings of debt and equity securities, as well as general corporate and securities law matters, and advises investment banking clients on underwritten offerings, including high yield debt offerings.

Mr. Fenyes received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1995 and his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1992. Mr. Fenyes joined Simpson Thacher in 1995.
