Stephen Short is a Partner in the Firm’s London Office.  Mr. Short acts for banks and borrowers in acquisition finance and other leverage finance transactions throughout Europe.

Financing transactions on which he has advised include acting for Apax, Blackstone, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan, Melrose PLC, Odeon Cinemas, Phoenix Group PLC, TDR Capital, Terra Firma and Sun Capital Partners.

Mr. Short joined the Firm in 2003.  Mr. Short was admitted as an English solicitor in 1989.  He received his undergraduate degree (LLB) in 1986 and his postgraduate degree (LLM) in 1989 from Kings College, University of London.
