The Women's Committee meets bi-monthly to monitor the progress of our initiatives and assess the need for new ones. Its 25 members include 24 partners (including 7 male partners) selected for their commitment to these issues, and Natalia Martín, a former Associate Dean at Yale Law School and the Firm's Director of Diversity.

The Women's Committee is chaired by Marissa Wesely, a prominent banking partner who has chaired the Firm's Recruiting Committee and serves on the New York City Bar Association's Committee for Women in the Profession. The Women's Committee also includes Maripat Alpuche and Laura Palma, members of the Firm's New Partners Committee; Sarah Cogan, a member of the Firm's Compensation Committee; Michael Chepiga, a member of the Firm's Executive Committee; and Paul Curnin, Co-Administrative Partner of the Firm.
