The IP Group assists the Firm’s Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group in IP issues relating to initial public offerings, secondary financings and other debt and equity offerings. Such work includes extensive legal analysis, advice and due diligence on relevant IP issues and drafting disclosure language, licenses and other documents.
