The IP Group negotiates IP licenses and counsels clients in IP matters on a stand-alone basis. Our lawyers think commercially, combining superior drafting and negotiating skills with strong substantive knowledge of patent, copyright and trademark laws, the legal and business implications of new media, bankruptcy risks, antitrust and tax issues, alternative dispute resolution and special IP ownership structures. The IP Group works closely with the other practice groups at the Firm to provide integrated advice to clients.
