He also advises sponsors on tax matters related to the formation of funds. He has deep experience counseling clients on matters across the real estate and energy and infrastructure industries, including the use of the IRA and tax credits.

Brian Rosenzweig is a Partner in the Capital Markets Practice and a member of the Firm’s Alternative Capital and Private Credit Team. Brian has a wide ranging practice advising clients on complex financing transactions, including secured and unsecured debt, equity, and hybrid capital products. Brian has extensive experience representing financing sources, including financial institutions and private capital providers, as well as corporates and private equity sponsors. His transactional experience spans leverage finance, acquisition finance, equity offerings and liability management transactions. Brian also provides advice on corporate governance and general securities law matters.

Brandan Still - Partner Brandan Still is a Partner in the Houston office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Brandan regularly represents lenders and borrowers in banking and credit transactions spanning multiple industries. His work includes advising some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated financial institutions including JPMorgan Chase, Mizuho Bank, Royal Bank of Canada and Capital One, as well as advising a host of companies in and adjacent to the energy sector, such as ARM Energy Holdings, Civeo Corporation, Oil States International and Abaco Energy Technologies. Linda Tieh is a Partner in the Firm’s Private Funds Practice. She advises sponsors on the formation, structuring and operation of private equity funds, including buyout funds, real estate funds, opportunistic funds and secondary funds, as well as on co-investment arrangements, “funds-of-one” and separately managed accounts for large investors. Her practice also includes advising sponsors on GP-led structured secondary and other liquidity transactions, economic, governance and other internal sponsor arrangements, as well as regulatory compliance and fund-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions.   

Linda’s experience includes representing some of the largest and most prominent private fund sponsors, including Blackstone, Centerbridge, Hellman & Friedman, The Carlyle Group, MatlinPatterson Global Advisers and Palladium Equity Partners.

Amy has extensive experience representing parties on project financings, including renewable projects, and other finance transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector and regularly advises leading financial institutions, private equity sponsors and companies, including clients such as BlackRock, Morgan Stanley, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, MUFG Union Bank, Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, KKR, Blackstone, Stonepeak, Alinda, First Reserve and Riverstone Capital Partners, and has worked as designated lenders’ counsel for developers such as Terra-Gen Power and Exelon Generation.
