  • On numerous construction, back leverage, mezzanine and tax equity financings for EnCap Investments Energy Transition Fund L.P., including in respect of power generation and energy storage assets in New York, Illinois, Maine, Texas, California and Montana
  • Saudi Aramco as sponsor on the $12.5 billion project financing of the integrated Sadara chemical complex in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia
  • Arroyo Investors on the acquisition financing arrangements for its investment in Gasmar S.A,, the largest terminal and storage facility for LPG in South America
  • Mandated lead arrangers, in the up to $1.25 billion financing for the development of the deepwater Shenandoah field in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico and related offshore infrastructure

  • Occidental Petroleum Corp. in its $825 million sale of onshore oil and gas assets in Colombia to The Carlyle Group.
  • Mandated lead arrangers in the $1.85 billion financing for the development and construction by Canada Kuwait Petrochemical Ltd. Partnership of an integrated petrochemicals facility and associated infrastructure and utilities in Alberta, Canada.
  • Mandated lead arrangers in connection with a multi-million dollar project financing made available to Ridgewood King’s Quay Holdings, LLC in connection with the floating production system in the King's Quay site located offshore in the Gulf of Mexico.
  • Mandated lead arrangers on a multi-million dollar construction financing for a fiber optic network in Colorado and Minnesota for Intrepid Fiber Networks, a Brookfield Asset Management company.
  • Mandated lead arrangers on a multi-million dollar project financing for a graphite anode processing plant in Alabama for Westwater Resources, Inc.
