CBRE Completes $750 Million Notes Offering
Simpson Thacher represented CBRE Group, Inc. (“CBRE”) in connection with the offering by CBRE Services, Inc. (“Services”) of $750 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.900% Senior Notes due 2033. The net proceeds of the offering will be used to repay borrowings under CBRE’s commercial paper program used in connection with the acquisition of Pearce Services, LLC and other corporate purposes.
CBRE Group, a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company headquartered in Dallas, is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm (based on 2024 revenue).
