  • Cineworld Group plc and affiliates, the second-largest cinema chain globally, in their chapter 11 cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas and related cross-border restructuring implementation

Jordan earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, in 2019 where he was Order of the Coif, Associate Editor of the California Law Review and Senior Executive Editor of the Berkeley Journal of International Law. He was also recognized with the Jurisprudence Award in Secured Transactions and Criminal Law and received the Prosser Prize in Advanced Legal Writing, Civil Procedure and Property. Jordan earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan, with Distinction, in 2014. He is admitted to practice in New York.
