Simpson Thacher is representing PlayPower, one of the world's leading designers and manufacturers of recreational and outdoor living systems, in connection with its announced acquisition of BCI Burke, an established leader in commercial playground equipment. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026.
