Simpson Thacher is representing the EQT VII fund and its portfolio company, Acumatica, in connection with an agreement to sell Acumatica to Vista Equity Partners. The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025.
Acumatica is a leading next-generation cloud ERP and business management software platform for thousands of small to mid-sized customers around the world.
