Within the Firm, women partners hold meaningful leadership positions and play a significant role in the Firm’s managerial and financial decisions. Presently, a woman partner serves as Co-Administrative Partner of the Firm, three women partners serve on the Firm’s Executive Committee, six women partners serve on the Firm’s Finance Committee, and twelve women partners chair Firm Committees.  

Female attorneys also lead many of the Firm’s practices, including Antitrust and Trade Regulation, Asia Banking & Credit, Capital Markets, the China Practice, Emerging Growth Companies, Fund Finance, Insurance and Reinsurance, Intellectual Property Transactions, Litigation, Mergers and Acquisitions, Personal Planning, Private Equity Mergers and Acquisitions, Public Company Advisory Practice and Tax.
