Simpson Thacher recently represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Barclays Bank PLC, as joint lead arrangers, in connection with the refinancing of The Sun Products Corporation’s senior credit facilities. Sun Products’ credit facilities are comprised of a $1.055 billion term loan and a $100 million revolving credit facility. Sun Products also issued $575 million of senior unsecured notes in connection with the bank financing.
The Sun Products Corporation is a leading North American provider of laundry detergent, fabric softeners and other household products.
