Legal Business has named Simpson Thacher a finalist for “U.S. Law Firm of the Year” at its Legal Business Awards 2024. This award, which Simpson Thacher has won in two of the last three years (2021 and 2023), recognizes the U.S. firm that has made the greatest progress over the past year in advancing its strategy and winning instructions, particularly in London. The Firm is also a finalist for “Corporate Team of the Year,” “Private Equity Team of the Year” and “Real Estate Team of the Year” in recognition of its standout work in each of these areas over the past year. Additionally, Jason Glover, Managing Partner of the Firm’s London office, has been named a finalist in the “Management Partner of the Year” category, which recognizes a managing partner, senior partner, head of chambers, chief executive or chief operating officer who has led the way for their business over the past year.

The Legal Business Awards recognize “the very best in the legal profession” across a number of categories.
