Simpson Thacher Represents Initial Purchasers in Connection with Cinemark USA, Inc.'s $200 Million Senior Subordinated Notes Offering

The Firm recently represented the initial purchasers in connection with Cinemark USA, Inc.’s private placement of $200 million aggregate principal amount of 7.375% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2021. Barclays Capital Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. acted as joint book-running managers, and Nomura Securities International, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC acted as co-managers.

Cinemark USA, Inc. operated a total of 431 theaters and 4,941 screens in the United States and Latin America as of March 31, 2011.
