Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP has today announced that Eleanor Milne has joined the Firm’s London office as a Partner in the Energy and Infrastructure Practice.

Eleanor’s breadth of experience, particularly in emerging clean energy technologies such as green hydrogen, battery storage and EV charging, as well as renewable energy projects, will be an asset to clients. Eleanor advises on complex energy and infrastructure projects representing sponsors, lenders and government bodies on a broad range of matters including shareholder arrangements, construction contracts, offtake and fuel supply agreements, joint ventures and government and equity support arrangements. She advises clients across a range of energy and infrastructure sectors including green hydrogen, thermal, oil and gas, water, ports and road infrastructure. Eleanor joins from A&O Shearman.
