Simpson Thacher Represents Underwriters in US$588 Million SEC-Registered IPO of Patria

The Firm represented the underwriters, led by global coordinators J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Securities, Inc. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, in the initial public offering by Patria Investments Limited (“Patria”) of Class A common shares at a price to the public of US$17 per share, raising an aggregate of approximately US$588 million in gross proceeds, including approximately US$263 million pursuant to a secondary offering by Blackstone PAT Holdings IV, L.L.C., an affiliate of The Blackstone Group. Patria’s Class A common shares are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “PAX.”
