Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc., in connection with a registered primary public offering of common shares of Globant S.A. (NYSE: GLOB) consisting of 1,380,000 common shares at a price to the public of $214 per share.

Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters in Globant’s initial public offering in 2014, and has since represented the underwriters in three secondary offerings and two primary follow-on offerings. Globant was founded in 2003 in Buenos Aires, Argentina by four friends who remain involved in the company. At the time of its IPO, which priced at $10 a share, Globant had 3,322 employees in seven countries.
