Nadine Mompremier Presents at PLI’s “Advising the Modern Microentrepreneur” Program
Nadine Mompremier, Simpson Thacher’s Pro Bono Attorney for Corporate and Transactional Matters, co-presented at the Practicing Law Institute’s (“PLI”) “Advising the Modern Microentrepreneur: What Lawyers Need to Know in 2025” legal briefing on October 21. Nadine was joined by two legal services professionals to discuss how microentrepreneurship has evolved over the last few years, some of the legal and structural barriers facing microentrepreneurs in the present, and how pro bono lawyers and legal service providers can best serve clients by meeting them where they are.
