Nathan Somogie Speaks at SS&C Deliver and IDC Fund Directors Conference
Registered Funds Partner Nathan Somogie spoke on retail access to private markets at two Arizona-based asset management conferences on October 27-28. On October 27, Nathan participated in a panel titled “Hybrids: Present and Future” at the 2025 SS&C Deliver Conference in Phoenix. The panel explored the growth in evergreen vehicles and the operational architecture required by these vehicles, including liquidity management and valuation.
On October 28, Nathan participated in a panel titled “Private Assets: Innovation, Risks, and Controls” at the 2025 Independent Directors Council (IDC) Fund Directors Conference in Scottsdale. The panel covered the role of independent directors in the investment process for registered funds that provide access to private markets, including the board’s role in oversight of valuation and participation in co-investment programs.
