Sas Mehrara Shares 2026 Office Real Estate Outlook with Law360
Sas Mehrara, Head of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice, spoke to Law360 about trends in office real estate from the past year and what he expects as we head into 2026. In the article, “What Real Estate Pros Learned About Office Sector In 2025,” Sas noted that while the office market works its way through a normal part of the real estate cycle, the recovery is becoming apparent albeit very market and asset dependent. “Cycles are part of the nature of the real estate market. They have played out in a number of other sectors, like retail, with the advent of e-commerce. The office recovery will be highly differentiated, and certain factors — including a lack of supply of new office buildings — mean there will be opportunities to buy office assets at a lower basis.”
