    • $489 million IPO of Paycor HCM, human capital management SaaS provider, and $749 million of secondary offerings
    • $465 million IPO of Duck Creek Technologies, insurance SaaS provider, and $802 million of follow-on offerings
    • $397 million IPO of Shift4 Payments, end-to-end payments technology provider, and $980 million of follow-on offerings
    • $120 million IPO of Bioventus, medical device company
  • Gates Industrial Corporation plc in its $841 million IPO and over $1.1 billion of secondary offerings
  • Public companies and private equity sponsors in acquisition financing transactions, including:
    • Blackstone, Carlyle and Hellman & Friedman in $17 billion debt financing transactions for their majority investment in Medline, a leading manufacturer and distributor of healthcare supplies
