Matt received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Franklin & Marshall College. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where he was a legal workshop editor of the Cornell Law Review and received the “Kasowitz Prize for Legal Writing and Oral Advocacy,” the “Weisberg Prize for Constitutional Law” and the “Henn Prize for Business Organizations,” as well as three “CALI Excellence for the Future” awards. Matt is admitted to practice in New York.
