Ravi Purushotham is a Partner in the Firm’s Financial Institutions Practice. Ravi focuses on advising banks, investment firms and public and private companies in a broad range of complex transactions in the financial services industry, such as public and private mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, investments and joint ventures. He also regularly advises clients on governance and regulatory matters and special committee matters. Ravi was named “Financial Services Dealmaker of the Year” at The Deal Awards in 2022 and was recognized as an “MVP” in Banking by Law360 in 2023.
