Nomura completes $750 Million Subordinated Notes Offering
Simpson Thacher recently represented the underwriters, for which Nomura Securities International, Inc. acted as representatives, in connection with the offering by Nomura Holdings, Inc. (“Nomura”) of $750 million of 5.043% Fixed Rate Resetting Subordinated Debt Securities due 2036. The offering was made pursuant to Nomura’s shelf registration statement on Form F-3 under the Securities Act.
