DigitalBridge Closes DBP III at $11.7 Billion, Inclusive of Co-Investments

Simpson Thacher represented DigitalBridge Group, Inc. in connection with the close of DigitalBridge Partners III, LP (“DBP III”), its third flagship value-added digital infrastructure fund, with over $7.2 billion in fund commitments and an additional $4.5 billion in fund LP co-investment commitments secured to date across the DBP III portfolio, bringing total capital formation for the strategy to $11.7 billion.
