América Móvil Completes Peso-Denominated Senior Notes Offering

The Firm represented BofA Securities, Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Santander US Capital Markets LLC and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc., as underwriters, in connection with the public offering of Ps. 3.5 billion aggregate principal amount of its 10.125% Senior Notes due 2034 and Ps. 6.5 billion aggregate principal amount of its 10.300% Senior Notes due 2034 by América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V.

The Senior Notes are registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and with the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (the Mexican National Banking and Securities Commission). The notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange for trading on the Euro MTF Market and on the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, S.A.B. de C.V. (the Mexican Stock Exchange).

América Móvil will use the net proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of certain short-term bank debt. In addition, América Móvil will allocate an amount equal to the net proceeds from the offering of the 10.125% Senior Notes due 2034 to eligible green projects or eligible social projects.

América Móvil, which is organized in Mexico, is a leading telecommunications service provider in Latin America, ranking first in wireless, fixed-line, broadband and Pay TV services based on the number of revenue generating units (“RGUs”). América Móvil has operations in 16 countries in the Americas, the largest of which are in Mexico and Brazil, and seven countries in Central and Eastern Europe. As of September 30, 2025, América Móvil had 328.8 million wireless voice and data subscriptions and 78.9 million fixed RGUs.
