Sara Razi Profiled in Law360 as 2025 Competition/Antitrust “MVP”
Partner Sara Razi, Global Co-Chair of the Firm's Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice, was profiled by Law360 as a Competition/Antitrust “MVP” for 2025. Law360 recognized Sara for her work playing a “key role in defeating a major Federal Trade Commission merger challenge” on behalf of Mattress Firm in its acquisition by Tempur Sealy, among other accomplishments over the past year.
Sara said that her work on the Mattress Firm matter led to her proudest moment of the year—watching colleagues she has worked with and mentored over the years make significant contributions to the team’s success at trial. “I've seen them grow and develop professionally, and then to see them doing that high caliber of work live in court was really, really a proud moment,” Sara said.
