(acting through its Cayman Islands Branch) and UBS Securities LLC as dealers in connection with the offering by Banco BTG Pactual S.A., acting through its Cayman Islands Branch (“BTG Pactual”), of US$750 million 5.500% Senior Notes due 2031 (the “Bonds”). The Bonds were issued under BTG Pactual’s MTN Programme, in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S.
