Lori Lesser to Speak at PLI’s Mergers & Acquisitions 2026
Partner Lori Lesser, Head of the Intellectual Property Practice and Co-Chair of the Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice will participate as a panelist at the Practising Law Institute’s “Mergers & Acquisitions 2026: Advanced Trends and Developments” on February 4 in New York City. Lori will speak on a panel titled, “AI and IP Considerations in M&A Transactions.” The panel will identify key issues associated with M&A involving AI and AI-adjacent companies and companies with significant intellectual property portfolios, various transaction structures used to convey AI and IP assets, and due diligence, representation and warranty and other relevant issues.
