Paul-Eric Lifrange advises on the establishment and operation of European evergreen private-wealth funds. He has represented leading international fund sponsors including Blackstone, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, CVC, Hamilton Lane, Hg Capital, Vista Equity Partners and KKR in designing, developing, structuring and maintaining democratized access vehicles and similar private wealth solutions.
Prior to joining Simpson Thacher, Paul worked at a magic circle firm in Luxembourg, where he assisted sponsors in establishing regulated and unregulated Luxembourg investment funds, with a particular focus on semi-liquid products and Luxembourg and EU regulatory matters involving investments funds generally.
