Brandon Adoni is Senior Counsel in Simpson Thacher’s New York office and a member of the Firm’s Public Company Advisory Practice. He primarily advises companies on their compliance with U.S. securities laws, U.S. stock exchange listing requirements and general corporate governance matters. Brandon represents several S&P 500 companies and his client base includes international retailers and manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, digital platforms and multiple asset managers as well as several pre-IPO companies.
Prior to joining Simpson Thacher, Brandon was a Vice President on Blackstone Inc.’s Real Estate Legal and Compliance team, where he primarily counseled the real estate unit’s externally managed public vehicles. Prior to focusing his practice on public company matters, he had a broad capital markets practice where he represented both issuers and underwriters on a wide range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary and follow-on equity offerings and various debt offerings.
