Jonathan Pacheco is Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Registered Funds Practice. Jonathan represents a wide array of registered funds, business development companies and multinational investment advisers on a broad range of corporate transactions. He regularly represents public funds, fund sponsors, investment advisers, investment banks and other financial institutions on a wide range of securities offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary equity offerings, at-the-market programs, preferred equity offerings, and high yield and investment grade debt offerings, as well as exchange offers and other liability management transactions. Jonathan also advises clients on ongoing public reporting, compliance and corporate governance matters.

Jonathan Pacheco is Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Registered Funds Practice, with a focus on capital markets transactions. Jonathan represents a wide array of registered funds, business development companies and multinational investment advisers on a broad range of corporate transactions. He regularly represents public funds, fund sponsors, investment advisers, investment banks and other financial institutions on a wide range of securities offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary equity offerings, at-the-market programs, preferred equity offerings, and high yield and investment grade debt offerings, as well as exchange offers and other liability management transactions. Jonathan also advises clients on ongoing public reporting, compliance and corporate governance matters.

Based in Washington, D.C., Jonathan counsels a wide range of issuers, including business development companies and other registered funds, and financial institutions on a variety of equity and debt offerings, such as initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, debt offerings and at-the-market programs. He also regularly advises clients on their ongoing public reporting, corporate governance and other regulatory matters. His clients have included Blackstone Secured Lending Fund, Blackstone Private Credit Fund, Sixth Street Specialty Lending, Inc., Sixth Street Lending Partners, MidCap Financial Investment Corporation, Apollo Debt Solutions BDC, Carlyle Credit Income Fund, Jefferies Credit Partners BDC Inc. and Golub Capital Private Credit Fund.
