He represents leading asset management firms in designing, forming and operating innovative investment vehicles, with a focus on private wealth vehicles that provide access to private markets and alternative asset classes. He has advised on some of the industry’s first-of-their-kind investment products, including operating companies sponsored by KKR and EQT. Additionally, Sam advises issuers and underwriters in a wide range of complex capital markets transactions. His experience includes high yield and investment grade debt offerings, initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, as well as exchange offers and other liability management transactions.
