Adeeb Fadil Speaks at Fifth Annual Environmental Transactional Roundtable
Simpson Thacher senior counsel Adeeb Fadil spoke at the Fifth Annual Environmental Transactional Roundtable on May 1, 2009. The Roundtable brought together environmental attorneys whose practice focuses significantly on transactional work. Mr. Fadil participated on a panel entitled "Environmental Issues in an Altered Lending Environment" and was joined by co-panelists Matthew Brennan of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Jeffrey Salinger of Shearman & Sterling LLP.
