The Simpson Thacher team on the deal included Chris Lin, Liang Wang and Richard Lin (M&A), Lori Lesser and Marcela Robledo (Intellectual Property), and Peter Thomas, Brijesh Dave and Jonathan Lin (CFIUS Regulatory).
