Simpson Thacher Represents Morgan Stanley in Secondary Offering of Shares of Cinemark Holdings, Inc.
The Firm represented Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated as the sole underwriter in connection with a registered public offering of 7,500,000 shares of Cinemark Holdings, Inc. common stock by Madison Dearborn Capital Partners IV, L.P. and Syufy Enterprises, LP. The gross proceeds from the offering were approximately $109.1 million.
Cinemark is the second largest motion picture exhibitor in the world. Cinemark has 426 theaters and 4,908 screens in the United States and Latin America. Its common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “CNK”.
