Simpson Thacher Represents Intergraph in its Sale to Hexagon AB
The Firm is representing Intergraph Corporation, a portfolio company of Hellman & Friedman and Texas Pacific Group, in connection with its $2.125 billion sale to Hexagon AB. Upon closing of the transaction, Intergraph will operate as a separate Hexagon division under the Intergraph name and branding. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the third or fourth quarter of 2010.
