Alvin H. Brown, partner and head of the Firm's Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Practice Group, and A.J. Kess, corporate partner and senior member of the Public Company Advisory Practice Group, spoke on a panel at the Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals Chapter Meeting on November 9, 2010. The panel, entitled "Preparing Your Board for Executive Compensation Requirements Under Dodd-Frank," was a "nuts and bolts" discussion for corporate secretaries and other advisers on the key issues for the Compensation Committee.
