Simpson Thacher Represents Centerbridge in Establishment of $4.25 Billion Private Equity Fund
Simpson Thacher represented Centerbridge Partners, L.P. in the establishment of Centerbridge Capital Partners II, L.P., which is Centerbridge’s second private equity fund focused on control-oriented private equity and distressed investments. The fund closed on over $4.25 billion of capital commitments.
