Victor Cole Re-Appointed Co-Chair of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association Patent Litigation Committee
Victor Cole has been re-appointed Co-Chair of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association Patent Litigation Committee. In the last year, this Committee has prepared e-discovery guidelines, organized several CLE programs, published numerous articles and provided comments on the proposed local patent rules.
