Wesely participated as a panelist in a webinar produced by Strafford Publication entitled "Syndicated Loan Agreements: Multi-Lender Issues" on July 12, 2012. The webinar provided practitioners with an analysis of pro rata, sharing and other issues that arise in multi-lender syndicated loan agreements, including those relating to defaulting lender provisions, amend and extend provisions, and debt buybacks.
