Smit will speak on a panel at the New York State Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section and Commercial & Federal Litigation Section/Fall Meeting: “New and Improved ADR Techniques for the Modern American Lawyer,” on October 15, 2012. The panel is entitled, “Leaner (Not Meaner) International ADR – Promoting Efficiency in International Arbitration”. The program will be held at Fordham Law School’s McNally Auditorium.
