Simpson Thacher Corporate Partner Caroline Gottschalk was a panelist at the 85 Broads NYC Power Breakfast entitled “Beyond Board Ready: Getting on a Board, Building Your Network and What to Do When You Land Your First Board Seat” on March 28, 2013. 

The program was moderated by Jocelyn Cunningham, Partner – Financial Services Information Technology, Deloitte, and the opening remarks were delivered by Dan Konigsburg, MD Corporate Governance, Deloitte.  The panel also included former Simpson Thacher Corporate Partner Gail B. Harris, Director, Evercore Partners Inc.; Dina Dublon, Director, Microsoft, PepsiCo and Accenture; Janice Ellig, Co-CEO of Chadick Ellig; and Ellen Stafford-Sigg, Principal, Deloitte Consulting.
