Jack Kerr Appointed as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of The American Arbitration Association
Retired partner Jack Kerr was elected Chairperson of the Board of Directors of The American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) at its annual meeting in New York on May 10, 2013. Mr. Kerr was previously the Chairperson of the AAA’s Executive Committee.
