Victor Cole Re-Appointed Co-Chair of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association Patent Litigation Committee
Victor Cole has been re-appointed Co-Chair of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association Patent Litigation Committee. The Committee considers legislation and rules affecting practice and procedural matters in intellectual property litigation, including Local Patent Rules and Patent Pilot Program, and makes recommendations with respect thereto to the NYIPLA Board of Directors.
